If you are bilingual English Korean, most jobs at Joynus will be a shoe in for you. The interview process was pretty standard. They'll go over job requirements with you and ask you some general questions regarding the work experience listed on your resume.

Since the Opelika Office is the staffing arm of the company, there is a very high turn over rate. So, the questions will be along the lines of "how would you go about terminating employment?" etc.
The staffing agency was ok with the hiring and with interview process. They let know about job,pay rate,and the shift we was working.we looked and train on safety, we was tested on the interview.

Entrevista
Interview was scheduled for an hour but it lasted much longer than that. We talked about job description and company culture for 15 min or so and we started talking about our philosophy on life and reason why we do what we do everyday and meaning of life.
