1. Code Testing Phases (Need 99% code pass and precision, code quality, eye to detail)
2. Video conference Interview with the panel
3. Negotiations
4. Direct Interview
5. Once selected, should work for 2 weeks as pre probation period which is paid.
6. Once you are passed, then you are in.
