Hiring is over kill, The same question's they read off a paper each time & the only people who know what its like to do hair are the one's hiring you out of a shop, not in the office. Office people are a dime a dozen & have no idea. You don't make anything unless you do a cut & even that is just 40% & 3% product sale's. If the drawer is short they take it out of EVERYONE in the shop, not who was working that day. They don't tell you how much it is either. They never deposit your check's before a holiday,, they usually wait 2 day's after. If they deliver it to you it say's in the "handy dandy hand book" they printed & it say's in BOLD PRINT "check's will be delivered by Monday the day after Payday & that's if they get there in time which never happens! They don't work w/your schedule like they say they do & treat employees like crap. We are easily disposed of in their eyes. Just before Christmas they has 1 location in GR have a walkout of 7 employees on the same day, the only one who stayed was the new girl hired the day before!
