I applied normally, online like the company website said. Within a few days I got an email response and scheduled an interview. I was told it was just going to be a phone interview but then he turned on his camera on, so I felt the need to do the same. Everything went well, the man (my would be manager) gave me advice and was very kind and helpful throughout the whole thing. At the end he decided to pass me along to the next round of interviews and told me he would email me the following week to set up a date and time. He never emailed me. I emailed him asking about it and I never got a reply. I enjoyed the interview but found it very unprofessional their lack of response.
