Very extensive. Interviewed with the CFO, CEO, 2 major users of HR services and an external consultant. The interviews with the CFO and CEO were one on one. The interview with the users was panel and the interview with the external consultant was Skype. The internal interviews were very good. Nice people with good questions. The external consultant was a Masters level social worker.
