Worst interview process. Rejecting a candidate without even screen. Lot of discrimination even for screen. Hrs must have told to reject outright if any profile other than Dutch. Super fast in responding in sending emails about we are sorry. Posting a job just to follow a standard

I participated a lot of interview with hr. I can even remember maybe four or five times. I passed the exam and i passed character analyze but at the and they invite for technical interview. In this interview actually not technical interview technical person and one manager ask me hr questions again. There is almost few question technical in one hour meeting. Finnaly they send me rejection and the reason is my communication ability is not enough for position. They understand this after six interview and in technical interview. Also they said my technical experience and knowledge very good because i always give right answers to technical questions and they just ask me few questions. I strongly not recommend this company. I do not think that they are serious. If they are really serious they should give me thia rejection after first few hr meeting not after technical meeting.
