Entrevista
Very simple informal routine question/answer session. It was not very long and the questions were pretty typical. The owner conducted the interview and she is extremely friendly. The interview lasted maybe a half an hour.

What do you specifically enjoy most about working with children.
Group interview, scenario based. We did introductions/talked about our backgrounds, and how we could handle different situations with kids. Also did a technical demonstration. There is also screening on the phone in advance. Owner is very friendly.
