Video interview with a random member of the hiring staff (non-technical). Asked some basic interview questions and tried to write down answers. However, without tech understanding it did make it hard for her to comprehend what I was talking about or evaluate my answers. Then was given some pre-prepared IT questions that were pretty basic but lacked deep technical discussion or knowledge. Apparently the MSP provided the questions for them. The direct Manager for the position, the MSP representative, or any technical staff did not join interview. Then was told they move forward with someone else about a week later. I asked for feedback and didn't get a return email.
