After a phone call screening I got a home assignment. First red flag was when I sent an email with questions regarding the assignment and got no reply form the team leader. After submitting the assignment I got a message back telling me the there is problem with one of the files(sent wrong file by mistake) and they decided not to move foreword. I immediately resent the files asking to to be evaluated based on the quality of my code and not based on "the junk files" that were sent by mistake considering the time I put into the assignment. After a few days got a message telling me they decided not to move foreword. with no input on the quality of my work.
