Very simple process of submitting resume for consideration. One on one interview with VP followed immediately with one on one interview with President. Was told they would discuss and call me the following day. Was asked general knowledge questions, asked about my technological skills and confirmed my sought salary. Was called the following day and offered the position. I explained that I had to consider it and would be in touch the following Monday.
