Its a 3 steps interview. The 1st call is just a normal screening.
The 2nd call/ skype interview is the technical round and the 3rd call is techincal + personality skills.

Very straightforward interview process rather than convoluted. I've heard some companies doing over 5+interviews before an offer but this was less than that whilst ensuring they got to know you.

And 2nd round is a inverview with team members and the last round is hiring manager interview.

Entrevista
Entire process from start to finish was aprox. 6 weeks. I spoke with the SE manager twice, two technical interviews with other SEs, one interview with the AM I'd be working with, and an interview with the SE manager and Sales Director for the region.
