Initial discussion with hiring manager, then a number of screening calls. Then multiple interviews with regional leadership spanning sales, technical and partner. Each interview was 30-60mins. Was more an interview of the organization while sharing experience and contacts

Several phases. Two with the director, first was about the position and did it line up with what I was interested in perusing. Second inter interview was about me, my current position, past, experience, who I know etc.
