The process opened with an interview with an external recruiting agency, who was extremely nice and helpful and really went the extra mile to support me. After that, I reached the proper first stage which HR with the participation of the hiring manager, which also went well and really gave me a positive impression about the company. However, the following stage was a psychometric test that I apparently failed, without any possibility to appeal the company's decision (however, it wasn't really clear how the results had been collected except that some intern had worked on them). It's really sad that some companies still rely on this kind of fishy tests and deem them worthy enough to get a complete assessment of a candidate based on it, especially when most of these processes already involve 5/6 rounds, a case study and overall an extenuating experience for the applicant as well. But I guess that the overall score the company has in here speaks for itself, so I might have dodged a bullet. Still, the initial experience with the external recruiters was really nice and I'd recommend them.

Der gesamte Prozess wurde toll von der HR Ansprechpartnerin Nicole organisiert und ich habe mich immer super abgeholt von ihr gefühlt. Zuerst gab es ein Interview mit ihr und der Team Lead, danach einen Online Test, daraufhin eine Case Study und zuletzt ein finales Interview im Büro mit der Geschäftsführerin, der Team Lead und 2 Personen aus dem Team für ein Team Fit Interview. Das Büro war sehr schön und groß und alle JUNIQE Teammitglieder wirkten super sympathisch und kompetent. Insbesondere die Kommunikation mit HR Ansprechpartnerin Nicole war ausgezeichnet, sie war immer sehr proaktiv und hat toll und offen kommuniziert. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung die ich nur empfehlen kann!

Entrevista
I was first assigned to a business case where I had to retouch some images. Then I had a video call with the head of the creative which was very friendly, kind and positive and she already knew my complete bio. The process itself frankly, had too many behavioral questions which I wasn't prepared for. The position was still being refigured, I don't think that you can find someone who knows how to take photos / be a manager / be able to speak English & German / do retouching / take & edit videos. Someone should wear too many hats for this position.
