Case Study to present and then questions. Very cold way to receive the candidate. Monday morning is not the best moment to have interviews with this guys... I came 15 minutes before the time, they made me wait for 20 more. We entered a small room and without saying anything they asked for the case study. After presenting the case study several questions one after another.

General questions about crm were asked as well as my experience. The next interview was a case presentation and it was clear it wasn’t going to go well from the beginning. Interviewers were late or not present, they asked interrupting questions throughout my presentation, and had fairly aggressive tone to questions and answers. I was turned off immediately and had trouble staying on track as it felt like they were ganging up on me. Won’t apply again if the same manager is present.
