2. Meeting mit Hiring Manager.
3. Business case mit Präsentation für das Team.
Insgesamt ein sehr standardisierter Prozess.

The screening interview went well, a followup email confirmed I should hear from them soon. Nothing happened for several weeks for this senior role, this was during the acquisition by Prosus. I was in a several position (ghosting) for a junior role during the merging with Just Eat. Keeping candidates up to date should be simple even during big organisational changes.

They asked about my technical experience and knowledge, some questions were specific (which I didn't expect at a screening level)

I applied online in Linkedin. They send email for the first interview session. I had the first HR interview (phone screen call) that included general HR questions. I didn‘t hear back for weeks! I followed up and they answered that the position doesnt have relocation option anymore!
