Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry that the interview process seemed haphazard, that’s something we’ll work on to improve in future.
In terms of the time investment required, I’m afraid there is no obvious way around that. Given that each new member of our team has the potential to have such a huge impact to the culture and success of the business and equally requires a lot of investment in both time and money, it’s absolutely key that we get it right. One of the best ways to do this is by a number of different people within the company spending time with you to know you as best we can and to this, there is no shortcut, unfortunately!
