Entrevista
There are 2 rounds, 1st round with hiring manger and 2nd with CEO and CPO. Hiring manger care more about personality and techincal fit for the role; however, CEO and CPO did not care about me. Just focusing on brainwashing that this is a rare opportunity and I should be grateful. They expected me to OT and frequent traveling to achieve the target. They apparently didnt read my resume because they were not curious about me as a person/future colleague at all. When it comes to salary and onboard date negoitation, the junior HR did not disclose any number but keep low-balling and try different ways to persudate me to accept the offer whithout any package improvement. At the same time, the junior HR asked many confindential documents before offering and wanted to speed up the process to force me to accept the offer. After couple days of negotiation, the junior HR just sent a auto rejection letter to me. The junior HR was unproessfional in its work and always crossed the line during the process. Like other comments said, the office morale was low and the culture sees talent as replaceable tool. Overall, it is really a waste of time preparing this interview.
