All focused on skills and experience, moved fairly quickly between interview and getting feedback, internal talent person was quick to call and discuss between.
I recently went through the interview process for a role at JustGiving, and although I wasn’t successful, I wanted to share my positive experience. This was, without a doubt, one of the most impressive recruitment processes I’ve been through. The team was incredibly professional and supportive throughout, and I felt that everyone I interacted with was genuinely passionate about the organisation.
I am grateful for the feedback I received after the interview, it was constructive, insightful, and very useful for my future applications. The team took the time to explain their decision clearly, and I really appreciated the transparency and thoughtfulness of their approach.
Even though I am naturally disappointed by the outcome, I’m grateful for the opportunity to go through the process and to meet the team.

Applied online and receive a response very quickly. Had a phone call with a member of the Acquisition team followed by 'informal chat' with hiring manager and team member, this interview lasted 30 minutes.
