Entrevista
Applied online beginning of July. Got an email end of July for a phone screening (30 minutes). I continued to the next round where I had to do an assignment (organise an event for an investor fundraiser and write a promotional email). 2 days after this, I was invited for a final round interview in their London offices. Was asked questions on my experience and met with 4 people (from Marketing, HR and Sales). My initial feeling was that it went quite well. I was told that I would receive feedback beginning of the following week. Didn't hear back, followed up. Still nothing. Tried to call, went straight to voicemail. 3 weeks after, I sent another email. Nothing.
Then I had to find out through LinkedIn that the job went to someone that already works there...In the future, please open the job internally first before you set people up for disappointment.
My whole experience with the company was very enjoyable and I always received feedback quite quickly and my questions were always answered, except after the last interview. Even if it's bad news, please let applicants know and provide them some feedback. It gives a very negative connotation to an otherwise positive experience.
