The interview process was complete. They really know how to hire. They did a background check and talked to a number of people I worked with. I would say it is hard to get a job at this company but once you are in you have to work hard to succeed. these guys are driven.

1) A non-technical phone screen with the COO (~20 minutes).
2) A high-level, technical phone screen with the dev manager (~45–60 minutes).
3) In-person, non-technical interviews with the COO and the CIO (~1.5–2 hours).
4) A non-technical phone screen with the CTO (~20 minutes).
5) A non-technical phone screen with the CEO (~10-15 minutes).

Entrevista
Some staff / founders had too much ego. Co-founder too wrapped up with pretentious selfish ideas. Excited about how many people they fired. Also excited about how many people rejected for .NET underpaid jobs.
