2 stage - initial interview then an assessment day which consisted of a prepared presentation on sales and character and an in house 1 hour to prepare for a presentation and then give the presentation on the day. Also a variety of accuracy tests and group decision making assessments.

Informative and helpful, asked about suitable experience mainly. Important to be able to travel or relocate, with training all over the country. Not sure what to expect next, but look forward to it.
