Through process and good followup, first HR followed by a talk with a team member followed by 2 case driven interviews, the last phase is with a general manager and then HR as the last step

Friendly people, and decent questions during the interview. Asked about previous projects and wanted me to explain in detail some aspects of those projects. Also general Machine Learning questions were asked, but none too difficult.

Explain a previous project you did and what issues you encountered
Start with personal interview, goals, past experience, interests, then technical. Describing different machine learning algorithms and optimisation algorithms, logistic regression, random Forrest models, gradient boosting, and linear regression. Pros, cons, and details
