Entrevista
The interview takes place dynamically in several stages. First there is a phone interview with an internal recruiter. Then a certain task is sent to you and you have to do it in a limited time - questions on psychology, behavioral aspects of working in a team, structuring tasks and building hypotheses for unknown situations (how to make a whale happier in the ocean), a test on the ability to apply analytical tools to identify potential violations in transactions. Then a video meeting with the team and the immediate supervisor. Very good team, great guys, I recommend it.

Estimate how many people can play chess in a particular region. The probability of playing Russian roulette. Other logical problems. Non-standard tasks on the ability to navigate and ask questions: how to make a happier whale Behavior: team relations and support, if a good specialist is sick for a long time. Identify several problematic counterparties in a given array of information (excel transactions table).

Entrevista
Gesprek met teamleader en werknemer van het team verloop zeer aangenaam. We bespraken de functie en de verwachtingen van KBC naar mij toe. Nadien werd mijn CV overlopen, en kreeg ik enkele vragen over mezelf (en mijn karakter).

Entrevista
The job interview comprises different rounds during a full day session. There are some computerised tests similar to IQ tests, that become more and more difficult. This is to assess your analytical skills. In between tests there are some interviews with recruiters. In addition there are some management exercises such as a group dicussion and a work load management case.
