The interview process was quite detailed. They invite you a day before and have a dinner with the managers, then the next day, you have a breakfast orientation and group discussion, the core interview (2 sessions) and lunch with group of people, and the final session of core interview. I found out that they evaluate ALL aspects. Not only during the core interview, but also all the group discussions, meals, etc.

Long winded, and time consuming, slow in making a decision and many candidates in the running for the same position. Whilst I didn't get the position, the whole process didn't inspire me to join the company.
