Initial phone interview with Regional Engineering Manager, lasted about 30 minutes. Followed by visit to manufacturing facility where I would be working. Plant interview was conducted by the facility Engineering Manager and a senior project engineer and included a facility tour (but, no lunch!); duration was 3 hours. I received the offer a week later!
