After I applied, I received a call from HR a day later. She told me about the Organization & the role. She vanished after that. I reached out to her after 2 weeks & she gave the excuse that she could not find my resume in the system. Extremely slow process, no follow up, no acknowledgment, not sure if they're even interested in hiring.
