I was hired in straight from college so the interview process was somewhat typical. KBR came to my school's campus to do a 1 on 1 interview. After that session was complete, I was invited to the KBR office to do a series of what they call "round robin" interview. This is basically a chance to have several KBR employees interview you in short segments so a combined decision can be made. After completing this step, I received a phone call asking if I would be interested in taking a position higher than what I was interviewing for. I accepted.

Interview with Direct Supervisor and Director. one hr interview with basic questions. It was at their main office. The questions were related to the role and on my past experience. It was a pretty easy interview.
