Not overly prolonged, 2-step process. First step was with a kind and professional HR specialist. She asked me standard HR questions, checked my English and provided a brief description of benefits, rules and responsibilities. The second step was with my line manager, she provided a detailed insight on what is expected at this position, what are tools and challenges. The review was very friendly, I felt as if it was just a formal discussion on my views and skills rather than a job interview.
