Interview process was pretty normal - just took longer than I think it should have. But the recruiters were great! Behavior based questions have become the norm. I appreciated the speed of the process
1st step is an initial phone interview with HR, second step is an interview via Teams with 2 senior quality personnel, 3rd step is an in person interview with the leadership team that would be your peers and with the COO, last step is an additional HR meeting via Teams.
