They never showed up to the Indeed video interview. I waited 20 minutes on there for them. I think the interview was supposed to be with the CEO so I assume this is a very small company since most initial interviews are with a recruiter or manager. When I messaged them asking if they needed to reschedule, they said they sent me a note to change the interview because they couldn't make it but I never received any message saying that. Then they tried to reschedule and sent me a request for 1 a.m. instead of p.m. It seemed pretty disorganized so I decided to move on.
