I received the offer in about two weeks, but the contract was very unreasonable. First, the sick leave and vacation time were not legal. Then the contract stated that the company could terminate the contract without reason, but if the employee voluntarily resigned, they would have to compensate the full salary until the end of the contract period, which was very unreasonable. Then I took the initiative to contact HR to discuss contract changes, and the company responded very slowly. It took more than half a month, and then they replied that the company had personnel changes and no longer needed this position. So this company's personnel arrangements and integrity need to be reconsidered.
