Had a very nice time speaking with HR Director and CEO and had a nice lunch. Their interpretation of how the dental unit operates is completely disconnected from reality. They don't understand or intercede in problems when presented to them. So, when they represent the job characteristics and the practice, they have an entirely disconnected and unreal view of how the office operates from the perspective of the dentist.
