The hiring process at KFC is simple and straightforward. I got an interview call, after I applied through the website and my application got reviewed. The interview was formal and they wanted to verify my communication skills, customer service attitude, teamwork ability. I was also asked about my past work experience.

Entrevista
Concise and polite interviewer, asked some questions about availability and prior experience, and were quick to respond to e-mailed questions. Quite transparent in the process also, did not feel blindsided after or during.
