Total of 3 rounds, first a basic introduction session with HR,on the next round they play few questions in a Head phones and we have answer for the audio questions. Third is with the senior HR , they might tell you to read a passage.

extempore followed by versant and written tests, group discussion and HR interviews wherein they shortlist people based on pronunciation, next round for grammar and vocabulary, then communication skills, finally meeting with the HR where they test your business abilities along with personality assessment
