I went through 3 rounds of interviews after which I was ghosted completely. The virtual interview was conducted from the interviewer's phone and he was constantly being distracted by other activities. I was told that I would hear back within a week after the on-site interview and never heard from them again even after following up. I saw the same position reposted a couple weeks after that despite never receiving a notice about my candidacy.
