An hour interview that was quick and smooth, it was more of the interviewer getting a better sense of me as a person, more than a formal interview.
It felt more like a conversation than an interview, but I could tell that they were focusing on how I presented my answers and the eloquence that followed. They will sometimes ask very random questions but again, they focused on how I presented my answers.
