I applied via the KIPP website with a resume and cover letter. I was contacted quickly via email and a phone interview was scheduled. The phone interview consisted of behavioral questions in the context of previous and current work positions as well as why I wanted to work for the school.

Interview process was long and involved a number of people, but understandable for this position. During interview, had to create a student enrollment plan and review a budget for general analysis.
