Felt like a lot of miscommunication between the recruiter and school. Not sure where the breakdown was but it made things more difficult than it needed to be. An example would be: hey the principal will reach out to you with next steps, then you’d never hear anything back .

went very well not very jard at all starts with intro meeting pannel and everyone then tour of school , teach demo lesson get feedback then have final interview, overall the interview was very seamless and felt more so like having a conversation.

basic questions about education and who youy are as a teacher.
One-Sided video interview, had to record myself answering questions and only had one minute to think and recorded the answer with one re-take.
Very dystopian type of interview with zero chance to ask questions.
Also do not know what they will do with the video of my face and voice.

I have applied to KIPP four times. Each time I have made it to the one-way interview where they send you a link to record yourself answering a set of questions. Each and every time I have been ghosted. No communication whatsoever. No real follow-up. Their communication is terrible, so don’t assume anything when you get that one-way interview.
