2. Technical Interview (just general stuff nothing related to your field, ifs and buts scenario) (good experience)
3. Interview with CTO Florian Merz ( absolutely junk of a person)
The first two stages were really professional, but the interview with the CTO felt so bad. It was obvious that he had no experience of working as a developer and just as a Project manager. He kept on complaining about the previous team and how bad they were. He kept on talking about scenarios trying to out smart a Software Engineer with 5 years of experience. Absolute crap! When talked about the product he said he does not care about the company at all but just wants to focus on realeasing an app. I mean who says that ? When you say you don't care about the company it means you are just there for your salary. Florian Merz is defintely the reason this company will go down

Entrevista
Interview was online. I was asked frequent questions about my Masters and previous work experience. The interviewer explained all the work related tasks and what was required for position. It was simple and very transparent.

Entrevista
Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief ganz klassisch, nach der initialen Bewerbung, über ein erstes telefonisches Interview, um sich gegenseitig kennenzulernen und die ersten Rahmenbedingungen abzugleichen. Während des Gespräches wurde klar, dass beide Parteien etwas anderes gesucht haben, wodurch dieser Kontakt auch der letzte war. Nichts desto trotz sehr fairer, freundlicher und transparenter Umgang mit schneller Rückmeldung.

Im ersten Vorstellungsgespräch gab es keine fachspezifischen Fragen. Viel mehr wurde die generelle Erfahrung abgefragt, um ein Bild von den Fähigkeiten des Bewerbenden zu erhalten.
