The interviewer was late and came unprepared. It was quickly apparent that he hadn't looked at my resume or my application as he was asking me some very basic things. He further confirmed that he wasn't prepared as t the end of the interview he told me he was going to send me a coding challenge to which I replied that I had already completed it and sent it in.
