I applied through the workday. Then HR reached out to me. I had two rounds of interviews. The first round was a Leetcode-type problem. I did not like the interview since I had to open my own IDE to implement the code. I guess the interviewer could at least use Google Docs if the company had nothing for the interview. After one week I reached out to HR whether we are moving forward leading to no response. At that point, I felt like I was ghosted. Three weeks later HR reached out to me for a second round interview. I was not informed what type of round it was. The second round was mostly overall interest and behavioral direction. I got a rejection from HR after one week. The overall experience was not pleasant mostly due to the HR communications. They are short-staffed staffed or they do not simply care.
