Applied through their Facebook page. Had a brief call to schedule interview. Met with 3 managers. Took a tour of the plant. Learned about the company and was asked my experience and what I knew about the plant.

asked me to put 4 words in order of importance to me. the words were Production, quality, integrity, and safety.
