There was 2 round of interview. First with leader and anorher with HR. Before HR interview there was Cognitive Assessment. test and person analysis. HR interview was based on the test results.

Very pleasant experience. They were very transparent about pros and cons of the job. Before the second interview I was asked to take a personality test online which and asked me about my answers at the interview. I did not feel judged at any time
