Entrevista
The interview process at KNEIP was very fast and efficient. I had a very friendly and at the same time very informative session with the HR at KNEIP, as well as two other interviews with the Head of the SDM team in which I work currently and the Chief Client Service Officer. All three interviews were handled in a very professional yet friendly and easygoing way, I had the possibility to ask many questions and get comprehensive answers as well as to share my opinion on various points. I was also informed about all the innovations that have been introduced in the company which allowed me to gain a picture of the current pleasant atmosphere and all the improvements that have taken place. I would rate the overall interview experience as very positive.

HR contacted me within 2 weeks of receiving my application for a short preliminary interview.
It was followed by other 3 interviews within a very short amount of time which showed the company is really taking recruitment seriously.
After each interview, HR provides feedback.
