I was first interviewed by a staffing agency and than by companies HR from Hungary (headquarters) and a local manager from Slovenia. It was a classical interview with HR of a big company, the manager was mostly quiet. They want you to be employed trough staffing agency first and not directly at the company and they told me they have a trial day before they hire you so they can sea your performance.
