Entrevista
I was referred by a professional contact. They connected me with the department director. I met him for coffee. Following this I got an interview.
Part 1: I was emailed a "case study" I had 24 hours to complete. There was a written portion (something like a letter to management about an HR issue)
Part 2: Create a slide deck and go in person to present it
Part 3: During in person presentation, I responded to behavioural questions.

first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
