It was simple. Apply to the website and then once you get an interview, you do two back-to-back interviews with people in senior positions. The interview isn't too challenging, as long as you prepare for potential interview questions.

Back to Back interviews with tax partner and senior manager. Really conversational and extremely nice interviewers. Don't let your nerves consume you like I did, it's just a conversation. Be concise rather than rambling on. All behaviroul questions, how you work in a team and manage your time. I got rejected through the portal, i thought I would've gotten the offer but its fine.
