For the Complex financial instruments team in Toronto. Interview was in-person in their office downtown. Started with TMAY/why KPMG/Why Deal Advisory/Then situational behavioural - what would you do in a team conflict setting/tell me when you had to learn/adjust in the first few weeks of my last internship -- then technicals -- was really definition/explnantiuon based on the different instruments, study global markets guides on s&t -- asked what black schodes model, what a bond is, what A/B/C means for credit ratings, cost of equity/debt/valuation methods/etc. -- 2 brain teasers at the end

the interview was about 30-min long. i was mainly asked about my past experiences at school, some technical questions but not too difficult. overall, i don't think u have to worry too much about this. just be urself
