Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela KPMG (Edmonton, AB) em fev. de 2023
Entrevista
KPMG Edmonton had two rounds -
1st Round (virtual) - Simple Case (45 min) and Behavioral Questions (15 min, Questions shared with candidates in advance)
2nd Round (in-person) - They give you 3hrs to analyse a case and create a PowerPoint and do a 30min Presentation with 3 Sr. Managers.
The case info on the laptop they give you has tons of information. So you have to sort through ~70 pages of docs, excel files, reports, etc and address what is being asked in the case. Time is of the essence.

Behavioural questions are sent to candidates for Round 1.
If you make it to Round 2 then you'll only get asked Case related questions.
first round with consultant and senior consultant, multiple mini cases and behavioural questions
very quick to move to second round
second round with senior manager, case presentation etc
slow response time after second round
A few interview rounds with a mix of case interview and behavioral. Something you expect from a big 4/consulting case interview round. Prepare good enough and you'll be fine. Research case interview best practices and company background.
Overall very good. They ask a lot of questions and if you are able to answer them well then you can get in! My recommendation is to focus on being you and communicating your truth as clearly as possible.
