The interview process went smoothly and was well-structured. I had prepared thoroughly on various consulting frameworks, which helped me feel confident going into the conversation. During the interview, I was presented with a profitability case study that required me to break down the problem, ask clarifying questions, and identify key levers impacting the business. I was able to apply structured thinking and communicate my approach clearly. The interviewer was engaging and provided helpful prompts throughout. Overall, it was a positive experience that allowed me to demonstrate both my analytical and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.
First round talked with hiring manager, quite easy, not so technical. Asked about some financial regulations. And also asked about personality, like asking some questions for situation that you may face during at work and how would you handle it.
